Housing loan for the public

Purpose:

For flat/house construction, for purchasing a built home/flat

       For repair/additions/renovation/furnishing/alteration expense to the existing home.

       For buying flats/homes under construction from the housing cooperative/boards, societies, projects, development authorities or approved builders.

       For buying land or plot for home construction

       For mitigating the cost escalation in flats under construction to the existing home loan borrowers

Loan amount:

       For land or plot purchase for home construction: up to Rs 50 lakh

       For renovation, repair, or alteration: up to Rs 25 lakh

       For construction, addition, purchase of flat or home: Need to be based depending on the project cost and your repayment capacity.

       Furnishing expense: Included in project cost with a maximum of up to 10 percent of the home loan with up to Rs 25 lakh.

Repayment tenure:

       For renovation, repair, or alteration of the flat or home: up to 15 years

       For others: the tenure must be up to 30 years.

PNB max saver

       Purpose: For all the purposes as per the housing finance scheme.

       Loan amount: Allowed from Rs 10 lakh onwards.
